RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. OUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We believe you deserve to try our products with zero risk. That's why we offer one of the most generous return policies in the industry.
60-DAY GUARANTEE OR YOUR MONEY BACK
You have 60 full days from the date you receive your order to try the Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream. If you're not completely satisfied with the results, we'll refund 100% of your money.
• Yes, even if you've used the entire product
• Yes, no awkward questions
• Yes, full refund (not store credit)
2. RIGHT OF RETURN (30 DAYS — UNOPENED)
You may return any unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
CONDITIONS:
• Product must be unopened and in original packaging
• Safety seal intact
• No signs of use
EXCEPTION: For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned under the standard 30-day return policy, BUT they are covered by our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (see section 1).
3. 60-DAY EXTENDED GUARANTEE (OPENED PRODUCTS)
We understand you need time to evaluate real results on your skin. That's why, beyond the standard return period, we offer:
TIMEFRAME: 60 calendar days from order delivery
CONDITION:
You've used the product following the instructions, but:
• You don't see visible results
• Your skin doesn't tolerate the formula
• It doesn't meet your expectations

• 2. Briefly tell us about your experience (optional, helps us improve)
• 3. Return the product
• 4. 100% refund within 5-7 business days
4. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
STEP 1 — CONTACT US (Required)
Before sending any product, contact our team to initiate the process:

Include:
• Order number
• Product(s) to return
• Reason (brief, optional)
You'll receive within 24 hours:
• Return confirmation
• Return Authorization Number (RA#)
• Shipping instructions
STEP 2 — PREPARE YOUR RETURN
• Package the product securely
• Include a note with: your order number, RA#, full name, and contact email
STEP 3 — SHIP THE PRODUCT
Return address: Will be provided when you contact us.
IMPORTANT:
• Use tracked shipping
• Keep your shipping receipt
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (except defective products, see section 5)
STEP 4 — RECEIVE YOUR REFUND
Once we receive and process the product:
• We'll confirm receipt by email (24-48 hours)
• We'll process the refund (2-3 business days)
• You'll receive the money in your account (5-7 business days depending on your bank)
Refund method: Same original payment method (Card → refund to card / PayPal → to PayPal / etc.)
5. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that is:
• Damaged during shipping
• Has a manufacturing defect
• Different from what you ordered
• Close to expiration date (<6 months)
IMMEDIATE ACTION:
• 1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery: tawaakkul@protonmail.com
• 2. Send a photo of the product/damage
• 3. Receive an immediate solution:
→ Free replacement product shipped to you
→ Full refund + shipping costs
→ Compensatory discount (case by case)
• Return shipping costs covered by US
• Express replacement shipping at NO COST
• Additional compensation for the inconvenience
6. EXCEPTIONS & LIMITATIONS
RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR:
• ❌ Products purchased during special clearance promotions clearly marked as "Final Sale — No Returns"
• ❌ Customized or made-to-order products
• ❌ Gift cards or discount codes
• ❌ Returns past the 60-day window
• ❌ Products visibly altered, contaminated, or damaged through intentional misuse
7. REFUND DELAYS
Has it been more than 10 business days and you haven't received your refund?
STEPS TO FOLLOW:
• 1. Check your bank account/PayPal
• 2. Contact your bank (processing may take additional time)
• 3. If after 15 days it hasn't appeared, email us: support@amalnur.com

8. SHIPPING COSTS
ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS:
• If the original shipping was FREE → No shipping refund (you didn't pay anything)
• If you paid for shipping → We refund shipping ONLY if: defective product, our error, or return within 30-day unopened window
• We do NOT refund shipping if: you change your mind after using the product, or return under the 60-day extended guarantee
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:
• Customer pays: Standard returns
• We pay: Defective products or our error
9. BUNDLES & SPECIAL OFFERS
If you purchased a bundle with a discount (e.g.: 2-cream pack):
• You can return the COMPLETE bundle → Full refund
• If you return only 1 unit from the bundle: we refund the proportional unit price. The discount was applied to the full bundle, not individual units.
Example:
2-cream pack: $42.95 (unit price: $21.48)
Regular price for 1 cream: $24.95
You return 1 → Refund: $21.48 (not $24.95)
10. RETURN SHIPPING GUIDELINES
RECOMMENDATIONS:
• Use a shipping service with tracking
• Insure the package if the value is high
• Do not send packages with cash on delivery
• Keep your shipping receipt until you receive your refund
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Packages lost without tracking
• Damage during shipping due to inadequate packaging
• Returns sent without an RA# (will be rejected)
11. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If you purchased from outside the United States:
• Contact tawaakkul@protonmail.com for specific instructions
• International return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• Customs duties/taxes paid are not refundable
12. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update this policy. Any changes will be published on this page with the "Last updated" date.
Changes do NOT affect orders placed before the modification.
13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This policy is governed by the laws of the United States. In case of dispute, we are committed to seeking an amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.
